Cupping therapy

Cupping is a complementary technique that uses gentle suction — with glass, silicone or pump cups — to lift and decompress tight tissue rather than press into it. Marco uses static and gliding (massage) cupping over the back, shoulders and neck to ease stubborn muscular tension, support local circulation and complement hands‑on osteopathic treatment. The small round marks it can leave are not impact bruises and usually fade within a few days to about two weeks. Many people find it helpful for muscular tension and stiffness; it is offered alongside — not instead of — proper assessment and medical care.
