Bowen therapy
Gentle, light-touch technique of rolling moves and pauses — for muscle tension, stress and stubborn shoulder problems.
The Bowen technique is a gentle, non-invasive soft-tissue therapy developed in Australia by Tom Bowen. Marco uses light, rolling thumb-and-finger moves over muscle and fascia, with short pauses between sets to let the body respond. It is done through light clothing and many people find it deeply relaxing. Marco studied Bowen and uses it especially for stubborn shoulder problems — including frozen shoulder — as well as neck and back tension and stress. It is offered as a complementary technique alongside osteopathic care, not as a replacement for medical diagnosis.
